Four ways to train at MissFit: group classes, private coaching, open gym like a private gym, or drop-in. In downtown Montreal, in a women-only space.
Four ways to train at a women-only gym downtown
MissFit Montréal is a women's gym at 372 Rue Sainte-Catherine O, in the Quartier des Spectacles, steps from the Place-des-Arts metro. Everything happens in the same studio: group classes, private coaching and open gym. Pick the format that fits your week, and switch whenever it stops fitting.
Group classes run semi-private, capped at 12 people. That's small enough for a coach to correct your form by name, and busy enough that you never train alone. No mirrors, no judgment. You don't need to be fit to start: every movement has a version that matches your level.
Group Classes
Semi-private small-group classes (max 12). You train with coaches who know you, in a space that feels like yours.

Drop-in
One session at a time. No membership, no commitment. Just come train.
Book a session →Which one is for you?
You're starting again after time off. Take the group classes. A coach runs the session start to finish, you plan nothing, and you show up with running shoes. That's how most of our members walk in.
You have a specific goal or an injury to work around. Private coaching gives you a dedicated coach and a program built for you. Most people pair it with a group class or two each week.
You already know your way around a gym. Open gym gets you the floor, the bars and the racks during opening hours, with no class to follow.
You're visiting Montreal. A drop-in lets you join a single class, no membership needed.
Not sure? Check the class schedule and pricing, or just come try. Your first two classes are free, no credit card.
