The studio is at 372 Rue Sainte-Catherine O, suite 114, in the Quartier des Spectacles. It's an office building: come in the main door and go up to the first floor, suite 114 is signposted. Place-des-Arts metro is a two-minute walk, and the Sainte-Catherine buses stop right out front.

For your first visit, get there about ten minutes early. A coach greets you, walks you around and shows you the change rooms. Bring running shoes and a water bottle; everything else is here. There are no mirrors in the room, and nobody is going to comment on your workout.
